Job Description

Requirements:

 

  • Minimum 10 years’ management experience in resorts, spas, or wellness operations
  • Strong marketing & sales skills, or food & beverage experience
  • Excellent leadership and team‑building abilities, with the capacity to motivate staff to achieve goals
  • Outgoing, energetic, positive, with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Hospitality Management
  • Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English
  • China experience is a must
