Job Description
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years’ management experience in resorts, spas, or wellness operations
- Strong marketing & sales skills, or food & beverage experience
- Excellent leadership and team‑building abilities, with the capacity to motivate staff to achieve goals
- Outgoing, energetic, positive, with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Hospitality Management
- Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English
- China experience is a must
