Job Description

Requirements:

  • 10+ years culinary experience within Michelin-starred restaurants or high-end fine dining establishments, with proven track record in chef de cuisine leadership roles
  • Strong expertise in tasting menu R&D, kitchen operations, and high standard food safety compliance
  • Strategic thinker with strong leadership, team training, and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
  • Culinary diploma or certificate from recognized institutions, or equivalent professional experience
