Job Description
Requirements:
- 10+ years culinary experience within Michelin-starred restaurants or high-end fine dining establishments, with proven track record in chef de cuisine leadership roles
- Strong expertise in tasting menu R&D, kitchen operations, and high standard food safety compliance
- Strategic thinker with strong leadership, team training, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Culinary diploma or certificate from recognized institutions, or equivalent professional experience
