Job Description

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in high-end Chinese/Cantonese kitchens, with 3–5 years in a leadership role
  • Large-scale banquet and restaurant operation experience
  • Strong leadership, calm under pressure, team-building and training focus
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin a plus
  • Formal culinary training with food hygiene and safety certification
