Job Description
Requirements:
- 10+ years in high-end Chinese/Cantonese kitchens, with 3–5 years in a leadership role
- Large-scale banquet and restaurant operation experience
- Strong leadership, calm under pressure, team-building and training focus
- Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin a plus
- Formal culinary training with food hygiene and safety certification
