Job Description
Requirements:
- 8–10 years in luxury hotels or fine-dining restaurants managing wine programs.
- Strong knowledge of wines, pairing, inventory, and supplier management.
- Professional, guest-focused, confident leader with passion for wine.
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Hospitality or wine-related degree; WSET Level 3 or above preferred.
