Job Description

Requirements:

  • 8–10 years in luxury hotels or fine-dining restaurants managing wine programs.
  • Strong knowledge of wines, pairing, inventory, and supplier management.
  • Professional, guest-focused, confident leader with passion for wine.
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Hospitality or wine-related degree; WSET Level 3 or above preferred.
