Job Description
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in restaurant operations, preferably in upscale Japanese fine-dining
- Management experience in Michelin-starred and/or Forbes-rated restaurants is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine, wine, and beverages
- Proven leadership and team development skills; able to work well under pressure
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
