Job Description

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in restaurant operations, preferably in upscale Japanese fine-dining
  • Management experience in Michelin-starred and/or Forbes-rated restaurants is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine, wine, and beverages
  • Proven leadership and team development skills; able to work well under pressure
  • Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
