• Over 5 years in fine dining restaurant operations, with knowledge of wine and European cuisine.
• Strong leadership in managing service and kitchen coordination, ensuring smooth daily operations and guest satisfaction.
• Professional, detail-minded, and hands-on leader who motivates a diverse team.
• Excellent command of English, Cantonese or Portuguese preferred.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality or Restaurant Management.
