Job Description

Requirements:

• 8+ years senior restaurant management experience in Michelin-starred or luxury Chinese dining

• Strong leadership, P&L management, and high-end service operations expertise

• Strategic, guest-focused, and able to lead large FOH teams under pressure

• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin)

• Hospitality or business management degree preferred
