Job Description
Requirements:
- 10+ years pastry experience within Michelin-starred restaurants or high-end fine dining establishments
- Strong expertise in French haute patisserie, plated dessert & tasting menu R&D, pastry kitchen operations, and strict food safety compliance
- Strategic thinker with strong leadership, team training, and cross-department stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English, French is a plus
- Pastry diploma or certificate from recognized institutions
