• At least 5 years of experience as a Hotel Manager or Resident Manager.
• A background in sales and marketing or food and beverage management is preferred.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English
