Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of professional kitchen experience in Thai cuisine
  • Experience in casual fine dining and food preparation
  • Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Formal culinary training or equivalent certification
  • Ability to train and mentor kitchen staff
  • Knowledge of current food trends
  • Customer service-oriented with focus on satisfaction CT
