Requirements:
- 3-5 years of professional kitchen experience in Thai cuisine
- Experience in casual fine dining and food preparation
- Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Formal culinary training or equivalent certification
- Ability to train and mentor kitchen staff
- Knowledge of current food trends
