Requirements:
- Experience in multi-outlet F&B in luxury hotels or clubs with strong record in service and profit.
- Strong leadership and organization, able to guide teams and keep consistent standards.
- Strategic, adaptable personality with focus on member needs, innovation, and cost control.
- Fluent in English and Chinese with effective communication across members and teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or F&B Management; extra certifications preferred.
