Requirements:

• 8+ years’ HR experience in luxury hotels or high-end restaurant groups
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, labor law, and employee relations
• Strategic, people-focused, and culturally sensitive
• Fluent in English; Thai language an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related fields
