Requirements:

• 5+ years purchasing and store management experience in hotel or hospitality operations

• Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory control, and cost management

• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple vendors

• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Hospitality, or related discipline preferred
