Job Description

Requirements:

  • 8+ years in restaurant operations, including 3+ years as manager in French-style dining
  • Strong in financial oversight, staff management, guest relations, inventory & cost control
  • Personable, decisive, calm under pressure, able to lead and motivate a multicultural team
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese
  • Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business, or equivalent
