Job Description

Requirements:

  • 10+ years pastry experience within Michelin-starred restaurants or high-end fine dining establishments
  • Strong expertise in French haute patisserie, plated dessert & tasting menu R&D, pastry kitchen operations, and strict food safety compliance
  • Strategic thinker with strong leadership, team training, and cross-department stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English, French is a plus
  • Pastry diploma or certificate from recognized institutions
