Job Description
Requirements:
- 5+ years restaurant management experience in Michelin or luxury dining
- Strong Japanese cuisine knowledge with high-end service standards
- Leadership-driven, detail-oriented, and guest-focused
- Fluent in Japanese and English; Cantonese/Mandarin a plus
- Hospitality or culinary management education preferred
