Requirements:
- Experience operating resort hotels in Asia, preferably Thailand, with strong F&B background
- Strong people skills to foster team morale and build effective teams
- Independent, business-driven, and respectful of Thai culture
- Proficient in English
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or F&B Management
