Requirements:

  • Experience operating resort hotels in Asia, preferably Thailand, with strong F&B background
  • Strong people skills to foster team morale and build effective teams
  • Independent, business-driven, and respectful of Thai culture
  • Proficient in English
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or F&B Management
