Requirements:

  • 10+ years culinary experience in premium high-volume Italian restaurants
  • Strong expertise in kitchen team management, menu development and large-scale event catering operations
  • Hands-on leadership balancing culinary creativity and commercial performance
  • Fluent English and Italian
  • Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management
