Requirements:
- 10+ years culinary experience in premium high-volume Italian restaurants
- Strong expertise in kitchen team management, menu development and large-scale event catering operations
- Hands-on leadership balancing culinary creativity and commercial performance
- Fluent English and Italian
- Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management
