Requirements:
- 8+ years kitchen experience with senior role in Michelin or luxury French restaurant
- Strong expertise in French cuisine, fine dining techniques, and kitchen operations
- Leadership-driven, detail-oriented, and able to manage high-pressure service
- Fluent in English and French
- Formal culinary training or professional certification required
