Requirements:

- Proven track record of driving operational excellence and achieving financial targets.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Fluent in English and Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, hospitality, or a related field.
