Job Description

  • Oversee all aspects of the food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, catering, and room service.
  • Develop and implement innovative menus and promotions that reflect current trends and guest preferences while maintaining the hotel’s high standards.
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting for food and beverage operations, ensuring profitability and cost control.
  • Lead and mentor the food and beverage team, fostering a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring quality products and cost-effective purchasing.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction through feedback and implement changes to improve the dining experience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote food and beverage offerings through events and social media.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in food and beverage management within a luxury hotel or upscale dining environment.
  • Asia experience is a must; China experience is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in menu development, cost control, and staff training.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a track record of motivating teams to achieve excellence.
  • Exceptional knowledge of food and beverage trends, quality standards, and customer service.
