Job Description
- At least 1 year of front desk or guest service experience in hospitality or luxury residences
- Proficient in property management systems (e.g., Opera/Fidelio) and guest check-in/out procedures
- Friendly, well-groomed, detail-oriented, and able to handle guest requests professionally
- Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related field
- Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
