Job Description

Requirements:

  • 5+ years restaurant management experience in Michelin or luxury Japanese dining
  • Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine and high-end service standards
  • Leadership-driven, detail-oriented, and guest-focused
  • Fluent in and English and Chinese, Japanese a plus
  • Hospitality or F&B management training preferred
