Japanese Restaurant Manager
Job Description
Requirements:
- 5+ years restaurant management experience in Michelin or luxury Japanese dining
- Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine and high-end service standards
- Leadership-driven, detail-oriented, and guest-focused
- Fluent in and English and Chinese, Japanese a plus
- Hospitality or F&B management training preferred
