Requirements:

• Experience in Michelin or high-end luxury restaurant operations
• Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and sake service
• Responsible, detail-minded, and strong team player
• Fluent in English , Cantonese and Mandarin, Japanese a plus
• Hospitality training or beverage certification preferred
