Job Description
- Minimum 5 years of experience in catering or banquet management, preferably in luxury hospitality
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented, guest-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field preferred
- Fluent in English and Japanese
